2. Letter of Introduction (LOI) - For visa applicants attending business negotiation / discussion in Singapore, the local contact must be a Singapore registered business entity. The person acting on behalf of the business entity must be a Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old.[Form]
3. 2 recent colour photograph, size 4x6cm, white background;
4. Passport Original and Copy passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry)
5. Copy of Vietnamese residence card/Vietnamese temporary residence card/ Residence registration book.
6. Copy of Vietnam Visa and Work Permit;
7. Copy of hotel booking in Singapore;
8. Air ticket booking (in & out of Singapore);
