Hồ Sơ gồm:
a. One (1) photograph (passport size, blue background) of applicant;
b. Passport (with at least six [6] months validity when entering Malaysia) + one photocopy of the passport;
c. Letter from company in Vietnam to confirm applicant’s identity, position in company and purpose of travel to Malaysia;
d. Supporting documents: hotel booking confirmation or letter by a sponsor in Malaysia or invitation letter to a conference, seminar etc.;
e. Air-ticket booking showing return/ 2-way travel.
